We collect personal data for the following purposes:

  • To process your application.
  • To be able to manage your requests and respond to them.
  • To keep you informed about current and future vacancies, where you have given your consent.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

When you apply to us, we may process the following personal data:

  • Your name, address and contact details, including email address and telephone number.
  • CV and cover letter.
  • Educational background and work experience.
  • Any other information you choose to provide to us.

Once you have registered, we may send you newsletters. If you unsubscribe from our commercial communications, we will stop sending them to you.

We collect your personal data in the following ways:

  • When you visit our website for candidates.
  • When you submit an application form.
  • When you contact us directly by email, telephone or in person.
  • Via recruitment agencies or platforms, where applicable.

  • If you are active on social media such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X or Pinterest, you should be aware of and understand the tools these platforms offer to control how your data is used.
  • We have no control over cookies or other tracking technologies used by social media platforms.

The legal bases for the processing of this personal data (depending on the person and circumstances) are as follows:

  • Consent: where you have given explicit consent to the processing of your data.
  • Performance of a contract: where the processing is necessary for the execution or preparation of a contract.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation: where we are required by law to process your data.
  • Legitimate interests: where we have a legitimate interest in processing your data and this does not override your interests or rights.

  • We have taken technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or any form of unlawful processing.
  • Access to your personal data is restricted to those employees and service providers who need it for the performance of their duties.
  • We regularly review and update our security measures.

  • In accordance with the guidelines of the Data Protection Authority, we retain your CV for 1 year after the close of the recruitment procedure, unless you have given consent for longer retention.
  • Other application data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
  • After expiry of the retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

  • Our basic principle is that we (a) do not sell your personal data to third parties, (b) do not share your personal data with third parties except where necessary for processing your application or where required by law, and (c) only engage processors who offer sufficient guarantees regarding the technical and organisational security measures for the processing of personal data.

  • You may at any time request access to the personal data we hold about you. You may request:
    • access to your personal data;
    • rectification of inaccurate data;
    • erasure of your data;
    • restriction of the processing of your data;
    • data portability;
    • to object to the processing of your data.

The age at which minors must obtain parental consent is set by each EU Member State and may vary from 13 to 16 years. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without verifiable parental consent.
