  • We have no control over cookies or other tracking technologies used by social media platforms.

Depending on the specific purpose of the processing, the data subject and the concrete circumstances, we process personal data on the basis of one or more of the following legal grounds: consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, protection of vital interests, performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or our legitimate interests.

The age at which minors must obtain parental consent is set by each EU Member State and may vary from 13 to 16 years. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without verifiable parental consent.

We do not make decisions based solely on the automated processing of personal data (including profiling) that have a significant effect on individuals, unless this is permitted by law, necessary for the performance of a contract, or based on explicit consent.

  • Where personal data is shared within the group, this is done in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and on the basis of appropriate agreements.
