General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all commercial relationships between GeoDynamics and the client, and the Special Conditions take precedence over the General Terms and Conditions. Together they form the Agreement. By entering into an Agreement with GeoDynamics, the client accepts these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
These Special Conditions apply to the provision of SaaS Services by GeoDynamics, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of GeoDynamics. In the event of any conflict between these Special Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, the Special Conditions shall prevail.
