Founded in 2000, Climawest is an HVAC and plumbing specialist from Zwevegem with more than 50 employees. The company works across a range of sectors and has been part of FRONNT since 2022.

Climawest is an installation company based in Zwevegem, Belgium, specialising in HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and plumbing. The company was founded in March 2000 by Vincent Vanderheyde and Tuur Vanden Abeele.
Climawest serves a wide range of sectors, including businesses, offices, industry, retail and private construction projects. Alongside HVAC and plumbing, the company also supplies solar energy and EV charging point solutions.
In December 2022, Climawest joined FRONNT, an alliance of installation companies, to broaden and strengthen its services further. The company employs more than 50 people and works from 700 m² of premises. Its office is at Pluim 20, 8550 Zwevegem.

Since it was founded in 2000, Climawest has grown every year in customer base, technology and innovation, and its workforce has grown steadily with it. A clear overview and a more efficient way of working became essential to running the business day to day.
That is why Climawest partnered with GeoDynamics. What they needed, among other things, was a time registration system that could record employee hours — not only for office staff, but also for engineers out on the road.
On top of that, knowing exactly where every engineer was at any moment proved invaluable for urgent breakdown call-outs. Our track and trace system was a perfect match for that.

Time registration: With a keypad in the vehicle, drivers can register their hours and enter specific jobs. That same data is also used to calculate their mobility allowance.
Track and trace: An urgent breakdown? No problem. With our track and trace system, the dispatch team knows immediately whether an engineer is nearby, so customers still get help fast when it matters.
Checkinatwork: Our badge systems register workers for Checkinatwork, the mandatory Belgian on-site registration scheme, straight away. Legal documents are just as easy to call up during a social inspection.
