Decat needed a system that could handle the mandatory attendance registration and time registration of its workers efficiently, and that also integrated directly with SD Worx for payroll.

With a large number of mobile workers and complex work on site, Decat urgently needed a solution that would both reduce the administrative burden and simplify its processes.

The aim was to implement a system that made recording hours worked easier, calculated the mobility allowance automatically, and made payroll processing faster and more accurate.

GeoDynamics provided a powerful, efficient solution for time registration of mobile workers — built for companies without a fixed workplace, such as Decat. The system reduces the administrative burden by letting workers record their working hours easily and quickly, wherever they are.

Time registration runs on a badge reader installed in each vehicle. This lets workers record exactly when they start and finish work, simply by scanning their badge.

GeoDynamics also calculates the mobility allowance automatically, which simplifies the process considerably. In the construction and installation sector, where working hours and travel costs vary from day to day, automatic calculation of these allowances is a significant gain.

A track-and-trace system tracks the location of every vehicle in real time. This gives the administration team detailed data on when and where workers are working, which makes recording working hours simpler and more transparent still. Workers log their hours quickly and accurately, and the data is processed and fed into the system automatically, which speeds up payroll administration considerably and simplifies it.
