Their story
Holstra is a specialist in bespoke installations, with a focus on personal advice and efficient service.
Holstra is a reliable specialist in the installation of doors, sun protection, roller shutters and terrace canopies, with a strong focus on bespoke work and customer-focused solutions. The company does more than install products: it also gives thorough, tailored advice, built on the expertise of its own people.
With a team of 10 to 19 employees, Holstra delivers personalised solutions and places a high value on transparency and personal advice. Its locations in West Flanders make the service local and easy to reach. Holstra’s fitters are on its own payroll, which means faster, more efficient work and in-depth knowledge of the products and systems they install.

The challenge
Holstra spent more than two years looking for a system that would automate both scheduling and invoicing.
Filip Holvoet, managing director of Holstra, had spent more than two years looking for the ideal system to manage the flow of interventions. With more than 2,500 small and 1,000 large interventions a year, scheduling the engineers at Holstra had become a full-time job.
In his search for the right solution he came across many systems, but most of them focused mainly on locating vehicles and paid little attention to automating the processes. Filip wanted more than oversight alone: he was looking for a system that would automate both scheduling and invoicing.

For our breakdown call-outs we use Admin2Win, the smart software from ETS Informatics. It makes registering call-outs simple and centralises all project information.
The solution
GeoDynamics gave Holstra the solution it was looking for: IntelliTracer. With a black box and a registration panel in every vehicle, Filip Holvoet gained real-time insight into the location of his vehicles. That not only gave him a clear overview of the fleet, but also allowed him to schedule an urgent intervention quickly.
The benefits did not stop there. Using the GeoDynamics registration panel, several administrative processes were automated as well. The GeoDynamics software integrates directly with Admin2Win, so unique barcodes per project and task are scanned automatically with the GeoDynamics barcode reader.
“We are a close-knit group of colleagues, and I wanted to make it clear that the system was there to make our work easier, not to monitor us.”
